    Perfect for bbq. Ups botched the delivery by a day in 95 degree weather and they still arrived chilled. Only had one dead out of 5 dzn after the extra shipping day. Good odds. They were delicious on the bbq.

    The Large oysters , are large, 4" - 5" plus, shucked a couple and had them on the half shell raw, very good, hell of a mouthful, going to charbroil some with garlic butter and then add some Salmon Caviar,
