We ship Overnight to all 50 states

Delivery is Tuesday through Friday

We ship to your physical address not to to P.O. Boxes, APO's or to FPO's.

 

After an order has shipped no returns, modifications or cancellations are available.

 

 

Orders received by 8:00 am Pacific Time ship the same day.

We use Gel Packs to keep your order cold.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

We do not require a signature for delivery.

PROOF OF DELIVERY

Proof of delivery is the UPS delivery confirmation of your package according to its tracking number.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We depend on the weather and tides to harvest your Oysters and Clams. If a specific Oyster or Clam is not available at time of shipping we may upgrade products and/or quantities.

 

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires Next Day Air. For live shellfish, the Hawaii Department of Agriculture requires  a "permit letter of authorization" prior to import to Hawaii. This permit takes several days to process.
One time only authorization costs $20.00. Annual unlimited authorization costs $100.
