    I used them for ,oyster stew, oyster omelette,deep fried oysters ,Rankin and shrimp oysters. These were the freshest I have ever received. Thank you I will be buying more!

    I live near the Chesapeake Bay but Willapa oysters are superior. The extra small are still plenty big.
