In our kitchen overlooking Willapa Bay we prepare gourmet appetizers, chowders and entrées
with our fresh local Northwest shellfish.
We ship via FedEx Monday through Friday to all 50 states.

We do not accept returns of perishable items.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your products please contact us at
info@willapa-oysters.com or (360)665.2525 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
ADDRESSING AND RECEIVING ORDERS
IMPORTANT: willapa-oysters.com is not responsible for incorrect orders or orders that are shipped to the incorrect address
due to customer data entry error (customer supplies an incorrect order or incomplete or wrong address).
Before you complete your order, please be sure all order information is correct and that you have provided
the correct and complete shipping address.
We do not require a signature for delivery.
This avoids the need to wait for your package on the delivery day.
Proof of delivery is the FedEx delivery confirmation of your package according to its tracking number.
We are not responsible for loss of packages which are stolen or otherwise removed from the correct delivery location
by persons or other means and not the intended recipient.
LATE DELIVERY - PACKAGE LOSS - SPOILAGE - EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS
In any case of late delivery and/or loss of your package or contents
we will make every effort with the responsable shipper - FedEx - to obtain compensation which, if obtained, will be refunded to you.
FedEx policies for these cases, including provisions for extreme weather conditions, can be verified at FedEx.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We depend on the weather and the tides to harvest your Oysters and Clams.
If, due to weather and/or tide conditions, a specific type or size of Oyster or Clam is not available at time of shipping
we will make every effort to upgrade products and/or quantities to compensate.
We appreciate your understanding of these situations beyond our control.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to change your delivery date or location, we will be happy to do it.
In the event of a cancellation, a cancelled order creates charges for our company.
A cancellation charge of $20.00 will be deducted from your refund of an unfilled order.
We will be happy to reschedule your order to avoid this charge.
TAXES IN WASHINGTON STATE
Washington State Excise Tax will be added on all non food items in orders shipped to destinations in the State of Washington.
