A European Union country specific Export Certificate for Live Molluscan Shellfish must be issued by the United States Food and Drug Administration for each shipment. Seven business days are required to obtain the certificate for your order. Shipping is Monday and Tuesday. Delivery is Thursday and Friday. Orders for future delivery may be placed. Type the day and date to receive your oysters and clams in the box at the bottom of the "Shipping" page of "Check Out". Oysters and clams are harvested the same day we ship. You get the freshest absolutely pure shellfish possible. All FedEx shipping day guarantees are for business days. Oysters and clams are always shipped in reusable styrofoam boxes protected in corrugated cartons. Large 1 1/2 pound ice cold Gel Packs are used to keep your shellfish fresh and cold. |
