| Our minimum order is $26.00 of products. This does not include shipping costs. We ship FedEx Overnight and 2Day to the continental United States plus Alaska and Hawaii, (see detailed info on AK and HI at end of page). We ship Monday through Friday. We deliver Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Orders for future delivery may be easily placed by typing the day and date you wish to receive your oysters and clams in the box at the bottom of the "Shipping" page of "Check Out". We do not ship Saturdays or Sundays. We can not ship for Sunday or Monday delivery. Orders requesting Sunday delivery will be upgraded to Saturday delivery. Orders we receive by 7:00 am Pacific Time are shipped the same day. We must receive your order by 7:00 AM Pacific Time. Oysters and clams are harvested from pure Willapa Bay waters the same day we ship. You get the freshest absolutely pure shellfish possible. We offer these shipping options: FedEx 2Day® Guaranteed by: 4:30 PM to business addresses and 7:00 PM residences. Saturday delivery is available. A $20.00 charge for Saturday delivery will be charged separately to your credit card. FedEx Standard Overnight® Guaranteed by: 3:00 PM - most locations No Saturday delivery. Orders requesting Saturday delivery will be upgraded to FedEx Priority Overnight® FedEx Priority Overnight® Guaranteed by: 10:30 AM - most locations Saturday delivery is available. A $20.00 charge for Saturday delivery will be charged separately to your credit card. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday orders may choose FedEx 2Day®, FedEx Standard Overnight®, FedEx Priority Overnight®. When Standard Overnight® service is requested but not available (some rural locations) we will automatically upgrade shipping to FedEx Priority Overnight®. Orders shipped on Fridays MUST be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight®, and will be delivered Saturday. An additional $20.00 for Saturday delivery will be charged separately. FedEx also offers Saturday delivery for FedEx 2Day® service. We will charge a $20.00 Saturday delivery charge to your credit card separately since the automated Yahoo! system does not include it. All FedEx shipping day guarantees are for business days. Orders received Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be processed the next normal business day. FedEx may occasionally deliver orders one day earlier than their original schedule, (a 2Day order arrives Overnight for example). Our packaging will maintain your oysters and clams cool and fresh. We can not ship for Sunday or Monday delivery. Oysters and clams are shipped in reusable styrofoam coolers protected by corrugated outer boxes. Ice cold Gel Packs are used to keep your shellfish fresh and cold. IMPORTANT: RESPONSABILITY TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT ORDER AND SHIPPING ADDRESS willapa-oysters.com is not responsible for incorrect orders or orders that are shipped to the incorrect address due to customer data entry error, (customer supplies an incorrect order or incomplete or wrong address). Before you complete your order, please be sure all order information is correct and that you have provided the correct and complete shipping address. LATE DELIVERY - PACKAGE LOSS - EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS In any case of late delivery and/or loss of your package or contents we will make every effort with the responsable shipper - FedEx or UPS - to obtain compensation which, once obtained, will be refunded to you. FedEx and UPS policies for these cases, including provisions for extreme weather conditions, can be verified at FedEx and UPS. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS - PROOF OF DELIVERY We do not require a signature for delivery. This avoids the need to wait for your package to arrive and delays for an additional delivery attempt the following day. Proof of delivery is the FedEx or UPS delivery confirmation of your package according to its tracking number. We are not responsible for loss of packages which are stolen or otherwise removed from the correct delivery location by persons or other means other than the intended recipient. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY We depend on the weather and the tides to harvest your Oysters and Clams. If, due to weather and/or tide conditions, a specific type or size of Oyster or Clam is not available at time of shipping we will make every effort to upgrade products and/or quantities to compensate. We appreciate your understanding of these situations beyond our control. SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, FedEx Priority Overnight is your best option. FedEx 2Day service to most locations in Hawaii and Alaska is 3 day service. For live shellfish (not shucked oysters), the Hawaii Department of Agriculture requires that you obtain a "permit letter of authorization" prior to import to Hawaii. |
